The premier art event of the season, Keep the Rio Grande Grand is a fine art sale and show to benefit the conservation work of the Rio Grande Headwaters Land Trust. Watch fourth generation San Luis Valley farmer and statewide water leader, Ray Wright of Monte Vista, Colorado discuss his life long love of fishing the headwaters of the Rio Grande and crafting fine handmade bamboo fly rods for that purpose -- along with his commitment to conservation of the river for future generations. Join us and 28 participating artists at the South Fork Community Center in South Fork, Colorado for an evening of fine art, fine wine, great food and locally-brewed beer at the 2nd Annual Keep the Rio Grande Grand on August 15, 2009. Visit www.riograndelandtrust.org for full information.
