New Solar Plant Approved

Alamosa County commissioners signed off Tuesday on the building of a solar power plant north of Mosca. The permit, which includes provisions for the maintenance of roads, dust mitigation, and reclamation funding, largely clears the way for SunPower to build what would be the largest solar plant in the state.
