FINALLY! I breathe a sigh of relief at the fact Charles DeHerrera has been arrested. This man has been one of the most infamous police officers in the San Luis Valley, known for his brutality, violence, and intimidation, and hiding behind his status as a police officer in order to avoid prosecution. After his 20+ year reign of terror, we are relieved to know he can no longer attack, beat, intimidate and threaten people under the cover of law enforcement. I pray that he is convicted, and sent to prison for his crimes, for a VERY long time.
